Weekday Minimum – 2 Hour Time Frame…….$ 300.00
Standard per hour rate…….$ 150.00

  • This includes the private use of the venue with 2 licensed staff members, and the house sound system for playing the customers chosen playlists.
  • Karaoke and live music are also available options. Both options require a 3rd staff member on duty at a rate of $20 per hour for the duration of the performance.
  • Stage access limited to the performers, staff, sound engineer, and their discretion.
  • Venue will be open for customer to decorate prior to event. Customer to supply any and all food, plates, utensils, and decorations.
  • All items listed above, if wanted, must be removed from premises by 3:00 pm the following day.
  • Beer and liquor menus will be custom stocked per event with discounted pricing.
  • Drinks will be served by licensed staff.
  • Catering is welcomed, but not provided by venue.
  • No kitchen access allowed.
  • No open flame, fireworks, or weapons allowed.
  • All events must comply with local ordinances, (no topless or lewd performances allowed).

Securing the event time frame requires a 50% deposit. Balance due 24 hours prior to event.
